ListFleet LLC (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), a company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, operates the TillioPOS Software-as-a-Service platform (“TillioPOS”, “Service”, “Platform”).   • Regular system backups are performed to minimize data loss risks.

  • We implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access, but we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.

We do not sell or rent your personal or business data.
We may share limited information only in the following cases:

  • Legal Requirement: If required by UAE law, regulation, or court order.

  • Service Providers: With trusted hosting and IT providers under confidentiality agreements, only for operating the TillioPOS platform.

6. Data Retention

  • Business data remains available as long as your subscription is active.

  • Upon account termination, data will remain accessible for 30 days for export before permanent deletion.

  • Certain legal or financial records may be retained as required by UAE law.

7. Your Rights

As a Customer, you have the right to:

  • Access and export your business data from the system.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information.

  • Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements).

8. Third-Party Links

TillioPOS may provide links to third-party resources (e.g., YouTube tutorial videos). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party websites.

9. Children’s Privacy

TillioPOS is a business software platform and is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
